1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Course Access & Delivery

  1. The Buyer will receive access to the Course upon successful payment.
  2. Access will be provided via Teachable.
  3. The Course is for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
  4. Course access length varies by product. Unless otherwise stated on the individual product sales page or checkout, students will have access to the course materials for 90 days from the date of enrollment.
    Access to the course materials will automatically expire at the end of the applicable access period, and re-enrollment or repurchase may be required to regain access.

3. Payment & Refunds

  1. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these courses and presets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds
  2. Payment must be completed before access is granted.

4. Non-compete Clause

  1. If purchasing my editing course, Transforming RAW files into Bold Tones, then the Buyer agrees not to create, sell, or teach any course, tutorial, or paid training related to Lightroom editing for a period of 6 months after purchasing the course. This includes offering paid or free tutorials, workshops, or preset creation based on the knowledge gained from the Course. If the Buyer violates this clause, the Seller reserves the right to pursue legal action or request compensation.
  2. If purchasing courses, blueprints, or presets, the buyer is granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only. The buyer may not share, resell, redistribute, gift, or make available any portion of the course materials or presets, whether in original or modified form. This includes, but is not limited to This includes, but is not limited to, sharing files with other photographers, using the materials to create derivative preset packs, or incorporating the content into other educational products, free or paid. Any unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

5. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. The buyer should have a basic understanding of Lightroom Classic.

7. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
